Off the field fireworks in Boston today involving one of the NFL's top wide outs, and it has nothing to do with the Patriots.

Current New York Giants wide receiver Brandon Marshall was in Bean Town, a guest on our sister station up there, WEEI, discussing the upcoming NFL season. Well, that was the plan anyway. Once the conversation shifted to how players, specifically African American players, get treated, that's when Marshall had enough. Check out the entire exchange from earlier in the day:

For his part, Marshall did say, "Black guys in America get treated differently" and wanted to move on. But when specific incidents began to get discussed, that's when Marshall told hosts Kirk Minihane and Gerry Callahan to change the subject or he was walking out. Which he did... even after spilling his coffee on the desk.
