Is Adam Schefter going to race Tyreek Hill?
Even with the 2020 Summer Olympics being moved to 2021, another race sets up to be the most intriguing race next calendar year.
Wednesday, the NFL's fastest man - Kansas City Chiefs' wide receiver Tyreek Hill - volunteered ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter to race him:
To his credit, Schefter says that after COVID-19 concludes, he would like to take part a race against Hill, who ran a 4.29 40-yard dash before being drafted by the Chiefs in the fifth-round of the 2016 NFL Draft:
If you gave Schefter a 50-yard headstart to run a 75-yard dash, it would be interesting to see if Hill, who is simply nicknamed "Cheetah," would be able to catch him. Certainly, one would think ESPN would enjoy the ratings that could come from televising such an event.
While Schefter, 53, would be a heavy underdog in any race, Hill did admit that he's impressed with the insider's running form:
