Two weeks ago the Carolina Panthers were in the midst of their bye week and riding a 4 game winning streak. Things were good, but last week the Panthers got beat 51-31 and came into Sunday with something to prove.

The Panthers took advantage of missed opportunities and Tennessee turnovers early in the game to take a 17-0 lead heading into the half.

The Titans came out of locker room at half determined to change the tone of the game. They went straight down the field and scored a TD to make it a 10 point game.

But on the following Panther drive, Riverbot Ron Rivera decided to go for it on fourth down, which led to a Carolina touchdown.

Christian McCaffery helped pull the Panthers away from the Titans with a 58-yard TD run right up the middle in the 4th quarter.

Christian McCaffery would end up with 166 yards from scrimmage and 3 TDS. He also was on the receiving end of MVP chants all throughout Bank of America stadium.

The Panthers knocked off the Titans 30-20 and advance to 5-3. They hit the road next week against the Green Bay Packers.
